i have just switched to Sky from Virgin Media. The Sky deal says it will credit upto £200 of disconnection charges. How does that process work, how do I make sure I recieve these credits

It's a maximum of £100 for Broadband and a maximum of £100 for TV.

It is £100 for TV and £100 for Broadband:

You must provide a copy of the bill from Virgin where you have been charged and a copy of a statment showing that you have paid it and send these to Sky via this email address - switching credit @Sky.uk (all one word without the gap)
