subs increase after agreeing New contract
I negotiated a new contract agreed a figure. Got the confirmation email. Paid the agreed amount for two months and now Sky are increasing the amount. I rang up and the chap in India said I had been quoted the old prices and was" very sorry madam you will now pay the higher figure". This can't be right can it what's the point of spending ages on the phone to agree a new contract if they are just going to increase it anyway.?

Re: subs increase after agreeing New contract
I'd suggest raising an official complaint if your bill doesn't match the agreed deal. Price rises will only happen when you are out of contract or as part of the annual price increase which happens usually around April time, neither of which sounds like they are applicable in your case.
