sky mobile contract

i want to take the black friday deal of iphone13 15 a month.. it comes to contract payments in t&c's and it says you have to pay 2 lots of payments 16 and 18 per month.. is this correct?

Could one  payment be for the phone and the other for the sim or it is showing you what your first two payments will be ?
