sky are taking almost £100 from my account for sky digital,, i don't have this service, how can i get answers on this

Are you saying you have never been a Sky customer or you have and you have cancelled, if the latter when did you cancel, when was your last day with Sky and did you receive any acknowledgement of the cancellation ?
