Hello

how do i go about changing the password they use to check my package at one of the stands at my local town or change my memory question i seem to of forgotten both and they cant get into my account

For both you would need to call, tell them you can't remember the telephone password or the answer to the security question as they should then as you another question that will help to identify you.

150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
