refund credit after cancelling service

I'm leaving sky because everything is just so difficult with sky.

I saw that I have a cancellation fee for leaving sky in my account so I paid it myself. Then sky use direct debt to withdraw the same money from my account account again. Now I have this cancellation fee in my account as credit. How do I withdraw it? Every other company just let you withdraw it but sky has this uselss bot give you the same irrelavent answer again and again.

@Wuzhi  If you have a direct debit setup you should never make any manual payments as you've found it won't stop a direct debit collection.

As the crecdit is showing we can escalate your post to the community messaging team to process a refund, would you like this to be done?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
