payment link workaround

My American Express isn’t accepted on the normal payment page. Do you have an alternative payment link or telephone payment facility that accepts American Express?

You aren’t talking to Sky by posting here. If you are new to the forum then welcome to the Community which is made up predominantly of Sky customers helping other Sky customers which includes additional help from customers who are Superusers like myself.

Payments must be made either via direct debit or a continuous card payment. Only cards for Mastercard or Visa will suffice.
