paying streaming tv bill

please take my payment via direct debit details I've provided as debit cards dont work

You should (as per the T's and C's) have either a direct debit or continuous card payment set up so are you trying to make an unnecessary manual payment?

Tv bill is late 

I've now set up a direct debit for that if it can be taken asap

It might be to late for it to be taken by the direct debit for your TV bill as this needs to be setup at least 14 days earlier.
