over payment

i hadd a phone calll out of the blue with sky offers i took sky sport and netflix for £93 01? 1 am noow being charrged  £107  20  why

i have tried several times to discuss this but get sent round in circle

 

 

this breakks the agreed amount  on thwe phone message  again why

The first bill after changing your package or agreeing a new contract will always be different as the billing system makes the adjustment of your package change. This is caused because billing happens a month in advance and your new package/contract rate may not coincide with your billing date so you may pay for more than 1 month during the first billing cycle.

Check the dates you're being billed for. You're probably paying for more than a month for the new packages - from the date they were added to the end of the month and for the next month in advance. That's normal when you add a subscription.

all checked agan no issue found so agaain why the extra over payment plase inform me i will bbe paying agreed contract priice on the phone cal

qhen costed the extra over would be the full price for sky sports /netflix so nno real saving
