no account info-- deceased person

My brother-in-law is recently deceased

he kept no paperwork for his sky account- or any passwords

I cannot get into the account to make alterations in payment details-

and to change it to my sisters name-

she is very distressed-elderly and unable to cope with these problems and issues online ETC-

where do I start apart from just stopping the standing order?   which would possibly get the attention of Sky??

I need to speak to a human being at Sky

I cannot ask for a code to be sent to a deceased person's phone to reset the entry to the account!

I cannot even find out if SKy supply the landline- as well as broadband and TV- AND this is a problem too- landline does not work-

That isn't the thing you need to do as it will lead to more issues going forward.

You will need to report this to Sky using the options at the bottom of this page:

Typically the ISP would also be providing the data circuit, but that's not always the case.
