my tv bill

my latest tv bill has a extra cost of 26 pounds for addition outside the home this as far as i know is nothing to do with me so could you explain how this as coma about please

Are you on sky stream if so and it appears one of your  pucks has been detected at a another location than the home address Sky will make this change. If you are certain that you have not done this you need to take the issue up with Sky.

One possible cause for an incorrect detection seems to be the use of network extenders at the subscription address.

@GAZZA15 Worth pointing out that, as per the details in the previously supplied link, before adding this charge, Sky will have contacted you informing you that they believe you are using the stream puck outside your home address.
