my new sky package i we set up

i set up new sky package with your agent in india to reduce my package to £52 pounds a month as we r both pensioners we cant afford the old one to start straight away j dennett

In case you aren’t aware we are mainly fellow customers on here trying to help other customers and you’re not contacting Sky Customer Services by posting on the forum.

 

A new discounted deal should start straight away but may not reflect on your bills immediately. Are future bills showing the cost you're expecting although the next one may be more as it may cover more than the usual month?
