my billing info is showing as restricted. I want to see a copy of the bill.

Trying to view my recent bill, but page is showing as restricted.  Why?

Bot won't understand sufficiently to help.

Neither. Had a separate account for broadband and TV. Cancelled the old TV, changed the broadband account to include the TV packages. Billing has changed but can't open the page to view.

Are you using the correct login details as you shouldn't be using what you used for the account that has now been closed,
