my bill is very high

i pay for bradband and sky and im paying £61.00 per month weve been with you 19 years and new customers get alot better deals i dont want to upgrade my sky package

New customers are likely to get better deals. You need to call Sky and negotiate a new discount if the old one has expired.

Sounds like your 'out of contract'. We customers here can't help with that, other than to suggest you give Sky a call and negotiate a new discount offer with them.

Give Sky a call but you may not get a deal as good as a new customer.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own
