issue with my bill

why is my bill saying 

Credit for Cancellation of Sky Full Fibre Gigafast - 31 days
 
 
-£46.00

Credit for Cancellation of Sky Full Fibre Gigafast - 28 days
 
 
-£46.00

Credit for Cancellation of Sky Full Fibre Gigafast - 6 days
 
 
-£8.90 when im still on full fiber and have not canceled by full fiber  browdband

no i have not made any changes and my next bill was for £23 in april then go back up to £50 in may
