i need proof of usage

i need proof of usage from the specific days which all network providers giving on 1st request but the sky is giving me different directions from last 1 month and my claim request is still pending due to that issue.

The proof of USAGE is your email with the IMEl number on it which you got when you first took the device. That is what insurance companies need. So you need to look for that, not proof of usage as in the bills etc.
