It may be possible to cancel it via https://www.sky.com/mysky/tv .

 

i know some add-ons can be cancelled and added in this way.

 

if not you will need to call Sky. You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.

If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number. If you are in the ROI on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.

 

Don't forget that your additional Sky stream puck will need to be returned to Sky. They should send you information regarding this. Ensure you keep your proof of postage for a couple of months as the third part who deal with returns for Sky are pretty bad and don't always inform Sky that returns have been processed.
