how do I contact sky

Ive been with sky 27 years  - I was out of contract and the bill for broardband and TV has gone to £243.99 a month. I contacted Sky through the only way I could find - a chat connected to compaints area.   I was quoted £120.98 a month plus the cost of my Sky  Sim card which I havent attempted to update. 

The period was supposed to run from 3rd September 2026  I've been billed £243.99 again - spent all day today being passed from one person to another each time the person I'm chatting too just signs off and I begin the process again from scratch - is this normal tactic to wear me down? How do I speak to somebody senior that is authorised to fix the problem rather than people who keep trying to get me to forget what I have agreed and pay more?  This company is becoming a shambles?

the bill got Nov onewards is wrong says £190 which is 173 + 17   i was quoted £120.98 + £17

You might want to put in a complaint giving the time and date that the price was agreed on:

I've sent two complaints - no response  Ive send photos of the quote for TV and Broardband as requested and supplied codes via chat -  No help.  Spoken to 20 people no help. Is there any sky representation in this group?  next step is social media.
