have changed payment method on Line but havn't received Feb bill.

I have changed  my monthly payemnt mehtod on Line on 29 Jan 2025 requesting using another debit card for payment.  But I find that SKY havn't dedcuted my monthly payment as usual in Feb 2025

Could you let me know when is my payment date? and does my change payment application is sucessful?

Nope as we're other customers here and cannot see your account.

 

Changing a payment method doesn't change your billing date - so it will be the same a last month.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

What date is your billing date as you might have changed it to late for your new card to be used for this months bill. The bill would have been created 14 days before the billing date so you would have needed to change the payment prior to that.
