Find out moreIf you called Sky on the 3rd October to cancel a TV service then it wouldn't be cancelled until about the 3rd November as you have to give 31 days notice so billing continues as normal during those 31 days. Once you have left Sky any credit left on your account can be refunded but not until your account has been cancelled.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreBills are generated two weeks before your billing date (so while you were still a customer). Refunds normally take up to 6 weeks from your last day of connection. If the amount is showing as a credit on your account we can maybe get you some help on here whereby the refund coukd be processed in the standard 3-5 working days. Let us know.
