credit on account

I have over £500 in credit on my account due to neverending failed commitments to connect my broadband. I want the money sent to me to try and cover a few of the days of lost wages. How do I go about getting this sent to my bank

@Longbigging you would have to ask Sky, but normally they won't transfer compensation credit to your bank account.
