i recently spoke with someone from sky who was trying to resolve the issue that i had 2 different email addresses linked to my account. she sent a link to my phone to complete the process but when i click the link and try to sign in i keep getting a message saying "we are unable to complete your order". i dont have any orders. when i open the MY Sky app and goto VIP i get a welcome page and a find out more option but then get a message saying i cant join right now. i have been on the phone today with 2 different people from sky and spent 45 minutes trying to resolve this but with no luck. can anyone help???
