Hi
my mums virgin media broadband is running out, I said which to her why don't we get sky broadband and I'll get puck downstairs and pay on my account and then she will just give me the money for the broadband in cash.
Is this this the best idea being on my account and not separate?
will I also get all the freeview Chanells downstairs on the puck as she watches tv alot in the afternoon and in the evenings.

I have no idea so you could try calling Sky to see if they will wave that fee for you.

Re: broadband and puck
If you take out the whole home package with Sky Streams then you can have the same channels on the both of the pucks
If you already have a Sky TV account then you would have to place this order.

Re: broadband and puck
It's also a bit werid as it's asking for a £39.95 installation fee but this is my first puck and should be free I assume, yes ?

Thats pretty normal. Sometimes when you take out Whole Home, the first additional puck you order has that £39.95 fee waived.
