i am using 

Sky Broadband Ultrafast 1 + sky signature

i am not happp with the speed and the sky signature,

can i request for an package upgrade to ultrafast plus together changing the sky signature to sky sport

Sky Signature is the basic package which you have to have. The Sky Sports package is an add-on that you add to Signature.

Correct. Sky Signature contains all the free channels plus all the enterntainment channels that you pay for. It doesn't automatically include Sky Cinema or Sky Sport. If you only want sport you may want to research and consider Now TV.
