why is sky blocking me from switching to sky stream which is much cheaper ? i imagine the "deal" as a forty year customer will be much MORE then a new customer but let me see the deal instead of blocking and sending me round the houses

@moger4  If you're an existing customer with Sky Q/Sky+HD you'll need to call to switch to stream if you can't do it online.

 

Sky are not blocking you as they want customers to move from the satellite platforms.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
