billing

sky could not sort problems with BB so they apologise after quite a while and stating that i can turn to another network they would waive contract charges as well as they are willing to pay me the compesation, but instead the are demanding £39.78+10 for tv bill which was disconnected on 17 May 2025, most impotantly i should be claiming the promised compensation... if they carry like this i would be contacting ombudsman, Thank you

@Rickiakhter

There is nothing us customers here can do for you as you will need to take this up with Sky.

@Rickiakhter if the compensation promised is the standard Openreach auto compensation, you don't need to claim it - it will be paid automatically to your Sky account.

The charge for your TV service is unrelated and still requires payment. I assume the £10 is a late payment charge.

The Ombudsman won't get involved without a complaints deadlock letter from Sky.
