hi dear u trying to get money for devices wich I don't have i been scammed police know for it u r advicer know for it why still do u want to withdraw money

We are cuistomers of Sky here only so have you reported this to Sky as per this:

If you receive an unexpected parcel from Sky get in touch with our customer services team immediately. We can give advice on what to do. Don’t send the parcel anywhere except our returns address.
We’ll give you pre-paid returns packaging to send the parcel back to us.
