Wrong payment

it was discussed about a month ago that I was going to leave sky but I arranged a better figure payment reducing it down to £53 a month for the next two years. It is noticed that I've been taken out £92 wise this

If you've recently renewed then the first couiple of minths patyments may be higher due to covering partial months, what does your bill show online?  I've been overcharged | Sky Help | Sky.com | Sky Help | Sky.com
