Wrong payment

In error I paid £233.16 to my tv account. I wasn't wearing my glasses. Called them and they can't do a transfer. Im a cancer patient and require my mobile and cant do with a restricted service. I also dont have surplus funds to pay again. Im aware this is my fault but has anyone have suggestions to what I can do. Ive been with sky for almost 18 years and they are not being helpful.

Do you see a credit on your account for this payment you made, if so you will need to call Sky so that they can refund it for you and that should take around 3-5 working days.
