Wrong name on account
My account had two of my own emails attached to it. One was just for log in purposes and was a previous email address that I had but kept it as log in details as it didn't make any difference. When setting up Sky Glass agreement, this seemed to be an issue so Sky changed the account log in to my current email. Since his has been changed, my account now has my son's name which I am unable to change. I have had this account for over 25 years and my son is 29 so he would have been 4 when he opened it. Sky can't change the name as they don't have access to this area and I can't change the name as I do not have access to this area. They have asked for the account holder to change the account name which is ridicilous as my son doesn't have access to my account and never has, so how is he in charge of my account details? What's the answer?!

The account name itself can not be changed so even if your son was to phone up apart from correct a spelling mistake it can not be changed.
