Wrong amount shown on bill
I have signed up to sky broadband at 34 pounds per month however my bill is showing as 43 pounds per month please can you fix this.

Nobody here can fix it, I'm afraid. We're customers, same as you. Is this your first bill? If so it's likely to be higher than your normal bills, if it covers more than a month - check the dates you're being billed for.
