Wrong amount billed for sky stream

About 4 weeks ago I returned to sky bb after leaving in April this year to go to EE. Then in June I called sky about an hefty increase in my stream charges and was told if I returned to sky bb they would give me a good deal + £100 of my final bill with EE. I was eventually told that the £100 had been credited to my account. Now when I look at my present and next bills for bb and stream I am going to be £100 worse off. I have spoken to sky about this and the said I would not have to pay this but more than a week later the bill online is still the same.

If you wish, post an image of your current bill (with any personal details such as your Sky account number obscured, and we might be able to make sense of it

 

Failing that, I think you'll have to contact Sky again.

I'd suggest being extremely sceptical about any such assurance.
