will my diamond VIP status be returned to me? So I cancelled my Sky Q less than a month ago and I've since taken out the Sky broadband and streaming service on the same account. I was wondering as my VIP status is not showing and is asking me to join Will it go back to diamond Has it been less than a month since Sky Q was cancelled?
Your VIP status is terminated when the account is fully cancelled.

That's interesting because my account wasn't fully cancelled as I could still access it and there's still a refund pending to go on my next bill but there were no active services.
Cancelling Sky Q and switching to Stream involves a new account. One of the other Superusers suffered similar when he moved from Q.

Your SkyID remains active, even if you've closed the accounts associated with it.
