Will i be charged before i receive my ipad?

Hi, I have order a new ipad and sim contract and the ipad is backdated for 4 weeks. When will my first bill be generated as i wont have the device for a month and ive not recieved a date for delivery yet.

For the sim you are charged when you activate it of which you have 30 days to do this. For the iPad you will be charged when it has been delivered to you.
