Wifi bill

I have payed for my WiFi bill and you are now trying to take £63 out of Mt bank account why is this?

Because you made a manual payment. Manual payments aren't necessary when you have a direct debit or monthly card payment in place. They won't necessarily stop the automated payment being made too.

As you have made a manual  payment, sky will apply  for the direct debit if that comes out then you will  be  in credit  on your next bill, if the direct  debit  fails  then they will  try again  in a week to ten days time, direct debit  are automatic so it will  apply  for the payment
