Why when I'm calling sky do I keep going through to o2?

I'm calling skys phone number and I'm going through to o2

Are you using an O2 mobile or a Sky one or landline phone ?

I'm having to use an o2 phone as my sky land line isn't working but when I speak to them on the phone they are useless !

I'm calling the sky number on an o2 phone but it goes through to o2 and I can't find another number to call I've tried all ones on skys website same thing happens

If you are using the 150 number then you can only call Sky from a Sky mobile or a Sky landline phone.

So under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

Try saying nothing when spoken to by the bot.

Dialing 150 typically gets through to the SIM provider support, so 150 from a Sky mobile reaches Sky, but 150 from an 02 mobile goes through to an 02 call centre.
