Why still getting charged after leaving sky

I left sky on the 29 sep by switching to other Provider why am I still getting Billed as normal this is not wright

You're billed as normal right up to the date your services terminate. Bills are generated two weeks before the day you pay. Obviously any charge after your termination date will be refunded.

You would be billed right up to the day you left so as the bill itself would have been created 14 days earlier it would need to be paid before the overpayment can be refunded. This is assuming your account has now been cancelled.
