What are the items you claim not to have signed up for? It might help us if you explain what Sky subscriptions you have.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreWe're customers here and have no access to your account or your bill. Your April bill may have increased as a result of a general price prise - if you haven't already, you'll be receiving an email or letter from Sky about it.
Your subscription will also increase if your discounts have expired. Try comparing your bill with a previous one to see where the difference are.
