Why is my bill so high

I my name is Lilian I just wanted to know why my bill is so high and I have 2 things on there that I didn't subscribe to could I please cancel them

In case you’re unaware, this is a customer helps customer based forum and you aren’t addressing Sky Customer Services here.

 

What are the items you claim not to have signed up for? It might help us if you explain what Sky subscriptions you have.

We're customers here and have no access to your account or your bill. Your April bill may have increased as a result of a general price prise - if you haven't already, you'll be receiving an email or letter from Sky about it.

 

Your subscription will also increase if your discounts have expired. Try comparing your bill with a previous one to see where the difference are.
