Why have i been charged double on my bill?

I have just received my sky bill and it seems I have been charged twice on all my packages.

We obviously can't see your bills. Are the dates for the charges the same?

Hello, yes so it's all on the same bill, I've been charged twice for all my packages, so twice for sky tv, sky sports, sky cinema etc

Perhaps post an image of the relevant bill / amounts / dates but ensure all personal information such as account number, name etc are blanked out,

If this is your first bill it may be expected, as the first bill or two will be higher as it covers longer than a month. This is because you have to pay for Sky a month in advance.
