Why has my bill increased so much?

Please advise why my bill had increased so much. The service is old and not very good and I don't think it is worth paying the amount.

Either because of the annual increase in April, or a discount has ended. As customers here, same as you, we can't see your bills or your account.

Phone  sky and ask to speak to the retention team, i did it last month  and got a big discount  and it includes  the  April  increase, i have saved £50 a month on my tv package and £16 a month  on my broadband bill to, when you ring  straight away at the start  of  the  call say retention team  and you will  be  put  through to them, hope this helps
