Signature has increased by £15 which is more than double, Ultimate has gone up by £1, HD by £4 and multiscreen by £5. Maybe its the end of my contract??

You would have been told the date the discount was ending when you originally took it out. If you haven’t already you should compare a previous bill to your latest bill and see where the amounts differ.
If your discount has ended you will need to contact Sky to try to negotiate a new deal which will require another minimum term contract. Sky are not obliged to offer you another discount but if you’re offered something acceptable you need to agree to it there and then because if you decide to think about it the offer may no longer be available.

When I subscribed to sports in February I thought I was told my contract would be extended by 18 months from that point. Is that something Sky do ?

It varies, but you may find your sports subscription is for 18 months but other deals can expire before that,
if so, if means you could be paying full price for Signature as you have to have a base TV package for sports. You may want to try and negotiate an early deal with cotermination dates...
