Why has my Monthly Account increased from £72 to £77

When I opted for SKY Q, I was told my payment wouldn't change for 18 months.

The annual price increase kicked in on 1 April. That affects all customers. Your contact price isn't fixed. You discount amount is.

@RJS1954 If you believe that's what you were told, you can ask Sky to listen to the recording of the call.

However, it's highly unlikely that you were told that as, as mentioned above, Sky don't do fixed price contracts.
