The ad for the add-on simply says that Sky Q is needed (so it could NOT be for new customers only - because Q is not available to NEW  customers)

Not true.

@Wibbly-Woo Does that new contract you have agreed include Sky sports? And is it at the offer price if it does?

If it does include Sky sports but not at the offer price then yet again you won't be eligible due to the T&C's,

£20 extra a month. Offer ends 4/8/25. 24-month minimum term. Thereafter standard monthly pricing applies (currently £35 extra a month for Sky Q customers, £30 extra for Sky Stream or Sky Glass customers). Prices may change during this period. Requires new 24-month Sky TV minimum term (currently £31.50 a month for new Sky Q customers, from £15 a month for new Sky Stream / Glass customers). Not available in conjunction with any other offer or to existing Sky Sports subscribers.

@Wibbly-Woo

Sky Q is still available to new customers, it's just that Sky want customers to sign up for Sky Glass and Stream so don't actively advertise Sky Q.

Hi @Wibbly-Woo   No, you agreed to a 24 month minimum term. It converts to a rolling contract after the minimum term finishes.

@caesarome

The voucher that I found (and posted here, yesterday) does not say "new TV customers only"

@Wibbly-Woo

Actually it does if you look at the small print as that is where I got the quote I posted yesterday from - that link you posted.

@Wibbly-Woo I see the offer ends today so if you think you qualify, you'll have to get a move on. Have you spoken to Sky yet?

@Wibbly-Woo There T&C's of the offer have been posted here a couple of times and you seem to think they don't apply to you, they do.
So here they are again, and you are current not eligible, regardless of agreeing a new contract.

Re: Why can I not subscribe to Sports @£20

@daveNOS What does the word "upgrade" mean to you ?

Is it possible for a new customer to "upgrade" ? from nothing ?

Nope - this is obviously a Sky mistake - because UPGRADE has to be upgraded from a lesser thing - ie Sky without Sport ...

@Wibbly-Woo debating semantics now is pointless as the offer has expired.

@Mark39 No - you misunderstood what I was saying

"I HAVE been offered Sports at £20" by Priority !
