Why are you still badgering my deceased dad for payment when I've already told you that he passed

I informed you of my. Dad's death week ago, and you are still pestering him for payment, after I told you to cancel his account. The bank has frozen his account due to his death

We're a customer Community, I'm afraid. It's unlikely that Sky will respond here. How did you inform them?
