Why am i been charged more for my broadband when i did not agree to add super fast on to my bill

Not sure what you mean by that. Are you new to Sky? Been with Sky a while?

Sounds like you come to end of contract, they don't communicate to you via letter or email you've reached the end, so it could come to a surprise about the price hike. Itll hike up massively on the 1st month out of contract then again the following month.

Going forward if you've a calendar write when the contract ends the month before so you can action it. Its something I've just become aware of and will be doing going forward.
