Why am I paying double.
I recently renewed my contract with yourselves and it looks like I have the same contract twice and eventually paying double. Could this be resolved.

Does the billing cover the same dates and what does your future bills show ?

Well, I'm a little confused. Because it looks like I'm paying for wifi max which i did not ask for. I did ask for a higher broadband but i dont remember being informed about a set price for it. Honestly, I don't see a difference. The broadband is still the same, not connecting very well in certain rooms like the bathroom upstairs, one of the bedrooms and kitchen downstairs. Theres zero connection in the mentioned areas. Am I able to remove that by any chance?

Try going through this to see if it helps:
If not and because you have Wi-Fi Max on your account then Sky will supply up to 3 pods as you can read about here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max
Select "No, I still need help" at the bottom on the above link.
To remove Max from your account you will need to contact Sky.
