Why am I getting threatening letters?

Can someone explain why I'm getting threatening emails from Sky about cancelling my services when I've only moved house and am taking Sky services with me? Makes me not want to take Sky with me.

@GDG12  Did you do a proper home move or did you cancel then sign up again at a different property?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
