Why am I being charged for uhd when my TV is not able to receive this signal and I don't have Netfli

Why am I being charged for UHD SIGNAL when my TV cannot receive this signal and I don't have Netflix.

Sky aren't going to know the capability of your TV.

By default Sky tend to add this add-on automatically for new glass/stream customers unless you explicitly tell them not to.

 

if you have  glass/stream you can remove the UHD pack from https://www.sky.com/mysky/tv/home-setup
