Why am I being charged double?

Last month £13.50 was taken as direct debit and when I checked on my payment for this month it shows I'm being charged double the amount in my bill? £27 × 2 =£54? Why am I being charged double?

Has a discount ended ?

Have you made a change to your package ?

Does this double charge cover two billing periods ?

Was the full amount taken last month ?
