Where is my refund?

I spoke to someone a while back as my Netflix through sky was hacked and I had been paying for Netflix for someone else and for premium backing back to January I was advised a full refund of over £130 would be made in ( working days and it's still not been received this was to be paid into my bank as agreed and not as an account credit.

You aren’t communicating with Sky by posting on here. This is a customer ➡️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other Sky customers.

Have you checked your Sky account just to make sure it hasnt been applied there as a credit? If not you'll need to contact Sky to chase it up.

Hi @Sarah-berry   Are you sure that you were talking to Sky? You mention it being paid into your bank account. It would have been a scam if you provided your bank details.
